An Riocht invites teams to take part in any or
all of the football tournament detailed below.
Entries on a first reply basis. Each team is
guaranteed four games. Each days football gets
underway at 10:30am. Entry fee per tournament is
£25. All players will receive a medal for
participating. Players must be underage on 1st
January 2006. Tea & sandwiches will be provided
for team mentors, minerals & crisps for players.

1. Teams - 7 a side.
2. Play commences with
throw in.
3. Kick outs from the
small square.
4. When a player plays
the ball over his own end line,
the other team has a
45m free.
5. Scoring system - 3
points for a goal, 1 point for over the bar.
6. Match time 7
minutes each half.

2. Play commences
with a throw in.
3. Kick outs from
the small square.
4. Players are
restricted to one bounce
and one toe tap per
possession.
5. Player can lift
ball of ground with the hands
provided the player
is on his feet.
6. The player who is
fouled takes the free
and when an opponent
fouls the ball,
the nearest player
takes the free.
7. The opponent
nearest to where the ball crosses the line
takes sideline kick
from the hand.
8. When a player
plays the ball over his own end line,
the other team has a
40m free.
9. Scoring system -
3 points for a goal, 1 point for over the bar.
10. Match time 7
