An Riocht had much the better of the first half and capped their display with a brilliant Aidan Cunningham goal, the ball cannoning back off the stention. At the break we led 1:7 to 0:4. On the restart it was a closer affair but the result was never in danger, all six forwards scored from play, and we used all five permitted substitutions during the half with some of the squad players making strong cases for a start the next day.
