An Riocht put their early season defeat to Liatroim behind bhem and ran past Liatroim with ease at Dunavil on Friday past. John Clarke and Gary Cunningham combined for most of An Riocht's scores, with Cunningham hitting a personal tally of 11 points.

On the 12th minute Clake who was free of his man collected a long ball from Conor Annett and hit the ball to the Liatroim net. Minutes later the Liatroim defence was found lagging again when they were caught by Cunningham who laid the ball off to Ciaran Walsh who fired the ball to the Liatroim net.

By half time the Kingdom had run into a 2-11 to 0-04 lead with the game all but over.

In the second half Liatroim's JP Owens burst through the An Riocht defence to score Liatroim's only goal.

Star players for An Riocht were Liam McVeigh, John Lavery, John Clarke and Gary Cunningham.

For Liatroim Ciran Bannon and Liam Doyle had some strong moments.
