two good saves from Brendan McVeigh
to salvage a draw.
Playing strong direct football An
Riocht looked comfortable early
on but a lack of leadership saw
them lose their way and allow the
homeside into the match. A one point
interval lead became a one point
deficit ten minutes into the second
half.
However the consequences of defeat
galvanised An Riocht and they raised
their play in the final quarter
only for Loughinisland to snatch
an equaliser in added time.
